ITSM Implementation Manager
The ITSM Implementation Manager is responsible for managing projects through entire project life cycle (inception, design, development, integration and test and deployment and post-implementation support. The role includes consulting customers according to best practices and methodologies in his/her area of expertise – assessing current state of customer, actual needs and detail a roadmap how to achieve specific objectives through the improved target processes supported by a set of applicable technologies.
Leads the logical design of processes delivered through the specific solution
Drives assessments for customer projects and provide consulting according to methodologies and best practices in the ITSM and Business process management area
Leads and assures solution design meets customer requirements
Participates in the preparation and execution of customer demonstration and pre-sales activities for different solutions and proposals in his/her area of expertise
Manages complex projects with multiple stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc.)
Shares skills and knowledge, as well as conducts trainings to customers and colleagues in his/her area of expertise
3 + years of experience in implementing or managing ITIL/ITSM processes in enterprise environment
Working knowledge of BMC Remedy, Service Now, HPSM, Easy Vista or any other service management applications
Practice in designing, implementing, optimizing or managing business or ITSM/ITIL processes in enterprise environment
ITIL certification is required
Knowledge and practical experience in BPM, BPMN is desirable, but not a must
Knowledge and practical experience with Maturity assessment methodologies – e.g. CMMI
Fluency in English; solid knowledge in German or French will be an advantage
Excellent consulting and customer service skills
Excellent analytical skills
Good presentation and communication skills
A good knowledge of virtualization platforms
Experience of deploying software in the Microsoft Azure Cloud
Experience with automated testing frameworks like Selenium, JUnit or Load Runner
