
2020 – A year in the life at BRIGHT
2020 was an unordinary year that showed people’s extraordinary strength. Humankind faced a tremendous challenge that changed how we dream, live, learn, and work in a blink of an eye. At the beginning of the new chapter that is 2021, we want to look back at the last 12 months and express our gratitude for yet another year of success and being together.
We started the year making a step closer to our partners and clients in the United Kingdom.
Following the success of our projects and the growth of our expertise in the market, BRIGHT’s UK company was registered. We are excited about the times we will travel again and meet you at our new location in London.
In February, BRIGHT was promoted to Splunk Elite Partner by the world’s first Data-to-Everything Platform. Next month we acquired a new ServiceNow Partnership Level – ServiceNow Premier Partner.
In August 2020, BRIGHT became the first certified Splunk Professional Services Capability Practice for EMEA, making us proud as we continued our growth in the UK. In 2021, we plan a new, double expansion of the established Splunk Competence Center in Bulgaria.
In 2020, Capital ranked us among the TOP 100 Technology Companies in Bulgaria. At the end of Q3, BRIGHT was named a G-Cloud 12 supplier on the 2020-21 Digital Marketplace by The Crown Commercial Service.
Despite the uncertainties many organizations faced during those challenging times, we are happy to share that our team grew by 18% last year, and our BRIGHT family now has more than 100 members.
With 90K+ hours of project work, we served more than 5 different industries. We continued learning every day, earning 80+ new certificates.
To answer the client’s needs and overcome customer-specific pains, we developed 10+ applications, based on cutting-edge technologies.
No matter where we worked from, we stayed motivated, focused, and united as a team. Being distant, but together, we organized almost 5 thousand online meetings and sent 15 700+ Teams messages.
In 2020 we conquered new peaks, ran more than 300 kilometres, and meditated for more than 600 hours. What a journey it has been!
Looking forward to a new year, we at BRIGHT continue to believe that people and relationships, along with professionalism and expertise, are the foundations of a successful organization.
