Tosho Zaprianov wins 3rd place at CIO magazine competition.
BSM- the new key concept for the IT organizations is the topic with which Tosho Zaprianov, Senior consultant at Bright Consulting, was distinguished. For a second year in a row, CIO magazine conducts a competition for an innovative publication in the area of information technology, with a topic for this year’s contest “The key technologies and concept for the corporate sector in 2010.”
The concept of Business Service Management (BSM) is introduced by BMC Software in 2003, with the idea for a unified platform which simplifies and automates the management of key IT processes. The main goal of BSM is to help IT organizations meet effectively the needs of the business, at the same time improving the quality of services, and ensuring transparency of information flow, cost and risk reductions.
BSM allows for efficient management of IT business services, following their full lifecycle- from the request of a new service, through its provisioning, support and development.
